1. About LWSed

LWSed ("Learn Win Succeed") is an online education platform founded by Bhaskar Gupta, offering live classes in Chess, Mathematics, English, and Generative AI for students aged 5–18. We operate from Ludhiana, Punjab, India and serve students in India, the UAE and the USA.

2. Subscription & Payment

• •LWSed operates on a monthly subscription model.
• •Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• •All prices are listed in INR for India-based students, AED for UAE-based students, and USD for USA-based students.
• •Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of enrollment.
• •Payments are accepted only for LWSed educational services (classes and coaching plans). No payment is ever collected for tournament entry, and LWSed does not pay cash prizes.

3. Pause, Cancel & Refund Policy

• •There is no lock-in period or long-term commitment. You may pause or cancel at any time by telling us on WhatsApp or by email at least 3 days before your next billing date; the next month is then not charged.
• •Paused subscriptions can be resumed at any time without penalty.
• •First payment: if you change your mind within 48 hours of your first payment and no class has been taken, we refund it in full.
• •After that, a month that has started is not refunded. The student may continue attending classes until the end of the paid month.
• •Quarterly prepay (10% off): if you cancel during a prepaid quarter, the unused full months are refunded.
• •These rules apply to every family, in every country and on every plan, including custom arrangements.

4. Free Trial

• •Every new student is entitled to one free trial session (30 minutes) per subject.
• •The trial session does not require any payment or credit card information.
• •Booking a trial does not obligate you to subscribe.

5. Class Schedule & Attendance

• •Class schedules are mutually agreed upon between the instructor and the parent/student.
• •If a student cannot attend a scheduled class, they must inform us at least 12 hours in advance to reschedule.
• •No-shows without prior notice will be counted as a completed session.
• •LWSed reserves the right to reschedule a class in case of instructor unavailability, with at least 6 hours' notice.

6. Code of Conduct

• •Students are expected to behave respectfully during classes.
• •Any form of harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior may result in termination of the subscription without refund.
• •Parents/guardians are welcome to sit in on sessions for students under 13.

7. Tournaments

• •All LWS tournaments, including the monthly Month-End Championship, are free to enter for students and guests.
• •LWS tournaments have no cash prizes, prize money or prize pools. Winners receive non-monetary recognition only: certificates, trophies and a place in the LWS Hall of Fame.
• •No betting, wagering or staking of any kind is permitted in connection with LWS tournaments.

8. Intellectual Property

• •All class materials, recordings (if any), worksheets, and curriculum content are the property of LWSed.
• •Students and parents may not record, redistribute, or resell any class content without written permission.

9. Privacy

• •We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services: student name, age, parent contact details, and subject preferences.
• •We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

• •LWSed provides educational services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or competition results.
• •LWSed is not liable for any technical issues on the student's end (internet, device, Zoom access).

11. Changes to Terms

• •LWSed reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp to active subscribers.
• •Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Offer: 3 months for the price of 2 (join by 15 November 2026)

• •For new families who make their first monthly payment for chess or AI classes (group or 1:1) by 15 November 2026. Maths and English classes aren't included.
• •You pay the normal monthly fee for your first and second months. Your third month of classes is free.
• •Billing stays monthly and you can still cancel anytime, with 3 days' notice before the next billing date. If you stop before the third month, you pay only for the months you took; the free month has no cash value and isn't refunded or carried over.
• •One free month per child. It can't be combined with the prepaid-quarter or second-child discounts.
• •Every family starts with the free 30-minute trial class, as always.
