Question 1

Why no per-session pricing?

Accepted Answer

Monthly plans let coaches build a real curriculum across sessions instead of re-teaching basics each time. It also works out cheaper than paying per session — and every plan includes session notes and WhatsApp support at no extra cost.

Question 2

Why does AI cost more than chess?

Accepted Answer

AI sessions run on paid tool subscriptions (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, etc.) that students use hands-on during class, and instructors prep a new build/project each cohort. Chess coaching only needs a board and a coach.

Question 3

What's included each month?

Accepted Answer

Every tier includes session notes after each class and WhatsApp support. Solo tiers and above add a monthly AI progress report (chess) or a shipped project every month (AI). Accelerate and Builder add a weekly training plan or a capstone portfolio with priority scheduling.

Question 4

Can we pause, cancel or get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pause or cancel any time by telling us at least 3 days before your next billing date. Your first payment is refunded in full within 48 hours if no class has been taken; after that, a month that has started isn't refunded, and your child keeps attending until it ends. On a prepaid quarter, unused full months are refunded.

Question 5

How does the free trial work?

Accepted Answer

Book a free 30-minute trial class before paying anything. It's a real class, not a sales call — your child gets genuine coaching and you get a clear sense of fit before committing to a plan.
