    1. About LWSed

    LWSed ("Learn Win Succeed") is an online education platform founded by Bhaskar Gupta, offering live classes in Chess, Mathematics, English, and Generative AI for students aged 5–18. We operate from Ludhiana, Punjab, India and serve students in India and the USA.

    2. Subscription & Payment

    • •LWSed operates on a monthly subscription model.
    • •Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
    • •All prices are listed in INR for India-based students and USD for USA-based students.
    • •Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of enrollment.

    3. Pause & Cancel Policy

    • •Subscribers may pause their subscription at any time by notifying us via WhatsApp or email at least 3 days before the next billing cycle.
    • •Paused subscriptions can be resumed at any time without penalty.
    • •There is no lock-in period or long-term commitment. You may cancel at any time.
    • •No refunds will be issued for partially used billing periods. The student may continue attending classes until the end of the current paid period.

    4. Free Trial

    • •Every new student is entitled to one free trial session (30 minutes) per subject.
    • •The trial session does not require any payment or credit card information.
    • •Booking a trial does not obligate you to subscribe.

    5. Class Schedule & Attendance

    • •Class schedules are mutually agreed upon between the instructor and the parent/student.
    • •If a student cannot attend a scheduled class, they must inform us at least 12 hours in advance to reschedule.
    • •No-shows without prior notice will be counted as a completed session.
    • •LWSed reserves the right to reschedule a class in case of instructor unavailability, with at least 6 hours' notice.

    6. Code of Conduct

    • •Students are expected to behave respectfully during classes.
    • •Any form of harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior may result in termination of the subscription without refund.
    • •Parents/guardians are welcome to sit in on sessions for students under 13.

    7. Intellectual Property

    • •All class materials, recordings (if any), worksheets, and curriculum content are the property of LWSed.
    • •Students and parents may not record, redistribute, or resell any class content without written permission.

    8. Privacy

    • •We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services: student name, age, parent contact details, and subject preferences.
    • •We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    • •LWSed provides educational services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or competition results.
    • •LWSed is not liable for any technical issues on the student's end (internet, device, Zoom access).

    10. Changes to Terms

    • •LWSed reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp to active subscribers.
    • •Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
